Buhler High School choir students are scheduled to sing this afternoon, Jan. 20, at 2 p.m. at the Second Missionary Baptist Church, 1008 N. Ford, as part of the local community celebration of the life of the Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr.

The vocal music department is also gearing up for tonight’s “Sweet Night — An evening of Decadent Desserts and Marvelous Music”.

The festivities begin at 6:30 in the BHS Old Gym. All proceeds from the ticket sales and silent auction will help to fund the upcoming Buhler Singers trip to Branson.  Tickets are available at the door for $7. Music will be provided by the Buhler Singers and the Crusader Singers; small ensembles and soloists will also perform.

This event takes the place of the annual spaghetti supper which has been held in the past.
