This year’s Buhler High School’s musical, The Little Mermaid, had it’s auditions on Aug. 26 and the new cast has been working to prepare for the show. Rehearsals are now happening often for the upcoming show.

“Rehearsals are most Monday and Thursday evenings,” choir teacher, Greg Bontrager, said. Bontrager mentioned that solos and ensembles are worked on after the school day in addition to the after school rehearsals for the musical.

According to Morgan Fields, jr., the cast had memorized “a little bit of some songs and parts.” Fields has also been in two other productions, Grease and Beauty and the Beast

The showtimes for this year’s show are on Nov. 14 and Nov. 16 at 7:00 p.m. PHMS and BHS students will have the opportunity to see the show on Nov. 15. The dates for the elementary schools are still being worked on.
