On Tuesday, Oct. 23, Buhler soccer played the Circle Thunderbirds in the first game of Regionals. The game ended with Buhler destroying Circle 10-0. Cade Taylor, jr., scored a record-setting seven goals against Circle in the Regional match, breaking the six goal record previously held by current coach Branson Felty. Felty was a 2013 graduate of BHS and he set the record in 2012.

Taylor was featured in Wednesday’s Hutchinson News saying, “I got it in my head to go for goals and I wasn’t thinking about much else.”

Tonight the Crusaders take on the Berean Academy Warriors at 6 pm. Berean is coming off a win over Independence 6-1. Buhler played the Warriors in the last regular season match back on Oct. 16,  beating them 2-0.

Passes will not be honored for admittance to the game because it is a KSHSAA-sanctioned event.
